Every day is St. Patricks Day at Bennigans. While the food is firmly
American, the spirit and atmosphere are purely Blarney Blast. The Dish: On

stir fry with veggies and chicken. Fish and chips are here for sure, and
"Luck on your Side"-dishes include Baileys Broccoli and Rice O Riley.
Great burgers, too.
Lone Star Steakhouse
7450 West 52 Ave. Arvada, CO 80002 303-420-7827 At Lone Star, you
wont get any chi chi feeling and the name doesnt have an apostrophe like
Lones Star, but what you will find is good old-fashioned beef cooked to
perfection… the type of place your parents would like to visit. The theme
runs along the lines of a Texas roadhouse with country western music
strumming in the background, plank floors, glowing neon signs and good old
Texas memorabilia all over the place. Its a chain that originates in North
Carolina but dont hold that against them cause its pretty darned good.
Serving mesquite grilled steaks, ribs, chicken and fish with all of the
savory sides you have been craving and succulent prime rib is a specialty
of the house and is cut to order. The innovative libations menu has all
sorts of concoctions like the Red Star Mary, El Paso Sunset and Texas-tinis.
Malones Clubhouse Grill
14455 W. 64th Ave. Arvada, CO 80004 303-940-1800 Located in the
Westwoods area of Arvada is a modern interpretation of the classic sports
bar. Naturally, there are a ton of perfectly situated TVs but in lieu of
the oak tables and paper placemats, you will find nicely appointed tables,
dark wood and slick granite counters. Hunker down at the bar and enjoy a
$2 margarita at happy hour and a specially priced mini-pizza. The food
isnt standard pub fare; here you will find delightful dishes and plentiful
portions. Saturday nights bring in the meat lover with prime beef specials
boasting massive slabs of beef with all of the usual sides. The grilled
salmon showcases a delicate cream sauce or, if you want a southern spin,
try the fried shrimp or crispy catfish fillets. Family dining at its best,
you can still enjoy a nice glass of wine and there's enough activity that
the kids are easily entertained.
